Prescription Delivery Service

We offer a free prescription collection and delivery service covering the Fleetwood, Cleveleys and Thornton areas. We will collect your prescription from your doctor’s surgery and deliver it to your home: a convenient alternative to collecting your prescription yourself.

On the day of ordering your prescription, please fill in this form and we will collect this prescription and deliver it to your door (unless otherwise specified).
