Our Services
We carry a wide range of stock and if we do not have it available we will offer to deliver it as soon as it arrives on our premises (usually within 24 hours).
We can provide a wide range of items such as gluten free products, smoking cessation patches/tablets/inhalators, ostomy and dressings.
There is a minimum of two pharmacists on the premises at any one time and on some days four, so you can always call in to speak to someone if you have any problems.
We now offer a full health check service which can check your cholesterol, blood pressure, weight and lifestyle and give you advice accordingly (a fee my be incurred).
We always aim to give the best possible service but if you have a complaint please speak to one of the pharmacy managers, Mr J Flitcroft or Mr D M Rayner, as soon as you can. The matter will be handled in line with the NHS complaints procedure. If we cannot resolve the problem or you do not want to raise it directly with us, you can contact your local primary care organisation.
